Event planning is something that runs in my blood, it’s something that I picked up on from my mom at a young age. Annemarie is a true professional who is very detail oriented. She handled my wedding with ease and was extremely efficient. She did a great job with our wedding timeline! Annemarie was the perfect choice for our baby shower. We had 55 adults and 15 children, food/drink vendors, photographer and lots of set up/take down. Annemarie single-handedly made my wedding process better in just one month of hiring her, OBVIOUSLY making me sad to know I didn't have her my entire COVID wedding process (span of 2 years). Let me mention, I reached out around 8am around a month out from my wedding, she responded and allowed me to book her within the hour of reaching out, and got right to work.
My venue was not exactly the most friendly or helpful venue leading up to the big day and there was a plethora of 'tasks' and 'must haves' that I would've never been able to know about or achieve if it wasn't for her. She stood up for me and made sure my needs were met with the venue and beyond that.
Annemarie made me excited, heard, comfortable, and the focus of every conversation. As the days neared my wedding, she went above and beyond and made the venue 10x more beautiful and seen by us and our families. I promise you won't regret hiring Annemarie, I wish there were more boxes or more stars for me to check because she is more than I could've imagined. The day would've been very different without her and I couldn't be more grateful for somehow organizing my entire life so fast. She and her assistant Skylar were kind, helpful, and accommodating to everyone who attended while still making sure my immediate family/bridal parties didn't have to worry about anything.
SO. PLEASEEEE don't hesitate and hire this boss a** woman. You won't regret it and your day will be flawless. My favorite thing I get to look back on is being reminded daily when people ask me "How did everything go??" without hesitation I get to respond "Perfect, not a thing I would change."

Annemarie was a God-send. I hired her to help coordinate my wedding and she helped me every step of the way. My mom was in the hospital for a majority of my engagement, so I was behind by the time I hired Annemarie and I was a little frazzled. She helped me get caught up, and think through details I didn't think of prior to hiring her. She was patient with me, because I wanted things done a little unconventionally. She was SO helpful the day of the wedding with everything - She made sure everything was done correctly, and if there were any snafus, I never knew about it and neither did my guests! Her assistant was also wonderful. I can't speak highly enough about her!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will meet in person or speak over the phone. Once you've decided to hire me, you will sign a contract. We then will have a meeting scheduled for me to ask questions that you most likely didn't even think of. It gives me a good idea of the entire event, and what I need to include. I will always be available via email and phone number for any questions that come up. Once I've created a timeline for your wedding, you will approve and make any changes if necessary. I will coordinate with each vendor, to make sure they know whats going on and where they need to be. I run the entire day for you, and ensure everything goes smoothly.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
One of my first jobs, I volunteered to plan all of our events for our company. At every company I worked for I was the "go to" for event planning, even though I had different positions. After awhile I realized this was something I was passionate about and something I'm good at. So now I've turned this into a full time business. Life is too short to not love your job!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I plan all type of events, not just weddings. This means I've planned birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, corporate events and weddings. I've work with just the bride, just the groom, same sex weddings, and small or large events. I'll work with anybody! I've even planned weddings for grandchildren, after planning the Grandparents 50th wedding anniversary party.
