- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My estimates are generally free unless there’s a lot of travel. I generally charge by the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go over the project in detail with customers to be sure they know what they want, then explore more economical options if possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College educated Engineer, trade school trained welder, then worked in construction all trades. I’ve been doing handyman work for sometime now. I enjoy building fences, iron, wood and vinyl.
