Jake came out quickly and assessed the issue. He responded immediately (within minutes) of my request and was at my house within the next hour. The issue ended up not being a plumbing problem, rather a roof leak. I did find Jake to be very kind and helpful though and would call for him again the next time I have a plumbing issue.

Wow. This was the best experience I have ever had. We replaced a tub in our house from 1978 with a cast iron tub and very personable. Will use them again!!!

Jacob communicated his ETA and showed up on time. When he arrived, he walked me through everything and was great to work with. He knocked out my kitchen sink and bathroom toilet quickly and with quality. I will definitely be coming to Mr. Rogers for all my plumbing needs in the future!
