- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different and unique. Because I'm a small local business I do have very competitive prices compared to the larger franchise companies that I compete against.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free service calls and free estimates for all customers. I come out to your home and provide a 25 point safety inspection on your door and opener systems to determine what repairs are needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
PDS certified, Building trades 2 years. Over 15 years in the Garage Door industry.
