Richard Holtz is highly skilled. He is very meticulous. His goal is to make sure each project is as close to perfect as humanly possible. Richard is trustworthy and honest. I left him a key to my house repeatedly when I had to be away while he worked. He did multiple restoration projects in my 63 year old house. He restored it to as good as new!
