FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to see the job and give the client a free real final price. Buy the hour pricing can vary so much the client never knows what they are going to end up paying when the job is over.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make an appointment and give my clients a free accurate bid that does not change. I find that bids over the phone can often change when the job starts and I make sure that the client knows the price before the job starts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 41 years of building communities from raw land to turn of the key. When I retired from the building industry I started a handyman service and it is back to 7 days a week. It is a 2nd career. Thanks for the new challenge.
