- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fear most people have is usually not based on the agreed price but the actual "unexpected add-ons" price. We do everything we can to stay on schedule and on budget. Our business strategy is not to come in low and double your labor cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Easy- We set up a phone conversation, exchange emails, schedule to see the scope of the work, narrow down the sample choices, estimate, agree on a price, order material, ship materials (deliver on-site), and schedule the installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I enjoy taking on-line college courses to learn (and keep up) with today's business environment. Such topics include business social media and e-commerce solutions. I also regularly attend regular workshops related to wood flooring and specific project adhesive/sealant applications.
