Ive had anxiety for the last decade and a half and have tried so many different medications to treat it without much helping. Elexis used emotion code to help me finally break the cycle of anxious thoughts- I used to feel terrified when driving next to big trucks because of an accident I was in as a child and now Im barely nervous when driving next to semis!
