- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is bid on a case by case bases, we try to be as open and honest with our bids to ensure that you get the fairest price we can offer!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on each project, for service related jobs I try to price it like it is based on the info available. For equipment replacements I offer free estimates, I would rather bid it fair, with all the info instead of blindly overprice a job!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to trade school for HVAC/R and went through various training classes over the years to continue to keep up with this ever change industry. I am NATE Ceritfied, EPA Ceritfied, OSHA 10 Certified, various safety, fall protection, CPR Certifications, Danfoss VFD Certified, Mitsubishi Service/ Installation Training, continued training also for Trane and York equipment.
