Introduction: My name is Tyler and I am a NASM certified personal trainer located in Oceanside California. I have been a fitness professional since 2013 specializing in strength and conditioning and performance enhancement. My goal is to help you accomplish your goals, keep you injury free and developing systems to help you move better in your day to day life. My start in fitness began as a competitive boxer where I competed in the New York State Golden Gloves. I soon fell in love with the strength and conditioning aspect of the sport. Whether your goals are to build muscle, burn fat or to move better I am here to help!

I started working with Tyler in hopes of increasing physical strength and taking my performance to the next level. I’ve competed in CrossFit for the past 6 years, but found that my strength had plateaued. Through movement assessments, a personalized strength program, and personal training, Tyler had me PRing my lifts within a month. A couple months in, and still going strong, I am stronger, more muscularly balanced, and no doubt healthier. He has a phenomenal knowledge of movement, health, and mind-body connection. His workouts and programming are always varied and never boring, making me look forward to each session. I can’t recommend him enough, regardless of where you are on your fitness journey. I have no doubt that under Tyler’s guidance, you can achieve your fitness goals.

Tyler is an EXCEPTIONAL trainer who coached me into permanently transforming from a lifetime of inactivity to a lifestyle of healthy habits. Whether boxing or HIIT, one on one or in a class, weight loss, muscle tone, strength, endurance, flexibility, core strength, balance - his training helped me achieve all that & more... all with patience and a great sense of humor. Training with Tyler is a great experience. He helps you set and reach your goals. Very knowledgeable in strength training and provides detailed form feedback to help maximize gains and minimize injury. He’s especially attentive to prior injured areas and checks in to make sure the movements feel ok. He challenges you to reach full potential and incorporates dynamic movements to fit individualized needs (and prevent exercise boredom). He also provides nutrition guidance to make your hard work pay off. He gives that extra push when you want to quit and you’ll leave sessions full of endorphins and stronger than the day before. If you want to get strong, go to him!

Working with Tyler has been a pleasure, he’s very knowledgeable in many disciplines of fitness and motivates me to put in my best effort during my work outs. As an exercise enthusiast I started working with Tyler to learn how to box but he has helped me strengthen, condition, and build my knowledge in many other areas of fitness. I highly recommend working with him as he will do the same for you!
