I absolutely love Kathy. She is such an amazing trainer. She is extremely motivating and supportive. I enjoy the work outs so much I wish I could go every day. She total kicks my butt and pushes me at times but I always have fun. I get a great workout and I enjoy it too. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?$75.00 per paid session. . 10 punch card @ $65.00 per session. 20 punch card @ $55.00 per session. Semi Private sessions w/ 2 people discounts. 2-6 friends groups discounts offered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Assessment, Goals, Body Limitations, Strengths, Nutritional guidance, Needs and Focus. I begin new clients with an hour consultation to gain more understanding of THEIR NEEDS, personality, goals, medical history and hobbies. I enjoy learning what their motivation is and intention for getting their 'Wellness' on target. After our initial visit, I begin my tailored and personal approach to creating their fitness program. I will move towards progression safely and consistently. I am a firm believer in all facets of 'Wellness' to include nutrition, fitness, internal dialogue and how to help my client their strengthen any weaknesses. I use the SMART template to begin our journey to change and results. S- Specific How we are going to get there, Goals. M- Measureable Measure, motivate, assessments, change A- Attainable Scientifically measured instructions for success and results R- Realistic Weekly activities, progressions and attention to monitoring and safety T- Time-Related Dates set for expected results to continue motivation
