Andrew was wonderful. He contacted me immediately & was at the house the very next day for an appraisal. Within 2 days from my initial contact I had a written appraisal finalized and emailed to me. Not only was Andrew thorough and efficient, he kept me updated every step of the way, even after the appraisal was complete. I would definitely recommend Andrew, and will be using him again for all of my realestate needs.

I was looking for a retro appraisal for a trust estate. Andrew followed up on my quote request when I got busy and didn't respond back right away. Contacted Andrew after I received a quote for an appraisal of my home and he was very quick to reply. Our schedules were both a little hectic, but he worked with me to set up an appointment quickly. The in-home portion of the appraisal was pretty quick, less than 30 minutes. I was in a rush to get the appraisal done and Andrew was great at meeting this need, I had my appraisal the next afternoon. I would highly recommend Andrew, very professional and works quickly to meet your needs.

I initially speak with the customer to establish their real estate objectives. I like to plan a course of action and give my best professional advice that is focused on the best interest of my client.

Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Trained and licensed Appraiser. Trained and licensed Realtor. Continuing education to maintain active licenses.
