This company did an excellent job of communicating with me and coordinating the work. I had two plumbers come out (Ernie and Cesar) and they both went above and beyond. Ernie to evaluate the problem and quote it, and Cesar to perform the work. I had them Hydro Jet a drain line to try and get rid of a clog. And while they werent able to completely remove it, (tree roots) they did everything they could to try. The one thing I was surprised about was they had to use my hose/water to perform the procedure. I later found out from Cesar that they are restricted from transporting water. Ultimately, I would recommend this company and use them again.

The job was a little more complicated than a plugged drain line. They found the 'belly' created earlier when our home was remodeled in 2018., and created an additional and more easily accessable clean out in the garage. They worked 3 days in a row to clear and replace the line. All techs were friendly, cheerful, careful, professional and left the work area clean. Thank you EVERYONE. A+

Personal plumbing met and far surpassed my expectations! It was easy scheduling with their team for some non emergent work.David and Adam were extremely prompt, polite, and professional while I peppered them with questions as they worked. They laid out potentials plans to fix our shower issue from lowest cost/quickest repair to the worst case scenario. As a condo owner, I greatly appreciated the transparency!I will continue to use and call Personal plumbing but hopefully not too often!

Our pricing is transparent and competitive, with no hidden fees. We offer free estimates, upfront pricing before any work begins, and discounts for veterans and seniors. We also provide financing options to make larger projects more manageable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We LOVE new customers! We simply gather some info/data on the issue over the phone, text, or email. Once the customer is ready to set an appointment, we ask for the full name, address, ************, and *************. We book the customer for the soonest possible appointment to send our technicians out to assess and quote the work. The customer will receive an electronic confirmation of the appointment, and the technician will notify the customer once on the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bob Muller, the president of Personal Plumbing Heating and Cooling, is a Master Plumber with 30+ years of plumbing experience. He obtained his journeyman license from a four-year trade school in Oregon and continues to stay current with plumbing advancements and technology.
