- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and competitive, with no hidden fees. We offer free estimates, upfront pricing before any work begins, and discounts for veterans and seniors. We also provide financing options to make larger projects more manageable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We LOVE new customers! We simply gather some info/data on the issue over the phone, text, or email. Once the customer is ready to set an appointment, we ask for the full name, address, ************, and *************. We book the customer for the soonest possible appointment to send our technicians out to assess and quote the work. The customer will receive an electronic confirmation of the appointment, and the technician will notify the customer once on the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bob Muller, the president of Personal Plumbing Heating and Cooling, is a Master Plumber with 30+ years of plumbing experience. He obtained his journeyman license from a four-year trade school in Oregon and continues to stay current with plumbing advancements and technology.
