I own several properties in North America and I wish I could have Sunny Coast Manage all of them. Sunny Coast has been managing my SanDiego properties for over 5 years and have been doing a fantastic job. They take care of everything including managing repairs and services, tenant placememts, and paying property expencies. Their management fees are very reasonable. They are responsive and provide a high level of service. They also have a good eye for the right tenant. All my tenants were evaluated and qualified by Sunny Coast and each tenant has been great and headache free. Best of all they don't bother me....they take care of the issues quickly and efficiently on their own. Their accounting is extremely transparent and all property expencies and revenues can be found very easily online where it's updates regularly. You can filter different categories such as taxes, rent income, repairs, etc....they also upload scans/copies of services invoices and bills to your account. Very user friendly.

Ahmad has been a great asset to our Homeowners Association. We were self managed before and struggled to get projects done or even started. He has helped us collect back dues, while still maintaining good relations with all the homeowners, even those he collected from. We have just completed our first major project, repairing some significant water damage. Thanks to Ahmad’s help, the project has been completed and approved by the city and now we are starting in on our next project right away.His hard work and enthusiasm are greatly appreciated.

Golden West Management has been managing two of my properties since November of 2013. I could not be more pleased with their service. I have had several issues with one property and their professional can do attitude makes it easy to deal with each issue. I used Priority One to manage my property in North County, before they helped meto sell it 2 years later. I dealt with the owner most of the time, which was refreshing. To be able to get a hold of Marc directly was a huge reason I enjoyed working with them so much. Any questions, issues, concerns...anything...was handled with attention and quickly. I loved how I had my own online portal and could view contracts, statements, receipts, etc. at any time. They are a one stop shop!

After years of being out of town landlords we decided it was time to seek a property management company. Home Team Property Management was highly recommended. Once the house was vacated they assisted, long distance, with a total renovation and repairs. The contractor they chose and their maintenance team did an outstanding job while keeping within our budget. The house is rented and Home Team handles everything for us at a very reasonable fee. It is no longer a burden to have a rental. We would highly recommend their services.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I OWN 3 PROPERTIES, 1 SINGLE FAMILY HOME, 1 MULTIFAMILY BUILDING (11 UNITS) AND 1 CONDO, AND I HAVE USED SEVERAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES OVER THE LAST 20 YEARS. HOWEVER, I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A BETTER COMPANY FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS. WHEN YOU OWN RENTAL PROPERTY, THERE ARE A FEW THINGS THAT MAKE THE MOST DIFFERENCE - HAVING GREAT TENANTS WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROPERTY, LEASING THE PROPERTY FAST AND NOT LOSE MONEY FROM UNIT BEING VACANT TOO LONG, AND TAKING CARE OF REPAIRS IF ANY QUICKLY AND COST EFFECTIVELY. ALL THE PROPERTY MANAGERS AND LEASING AGENTS I USED WERE GOOD AT MOST ON ONE OF THESE KEY ITEMS. ZENPLACE PROPERTY MGMT HOWEVER IS THE ONLY COMPANY I HAVE FOUND THAT FOCUSES ON ALL.
