- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fee structure is simple. We have two fees with no hidden costs or withdrawals at the end of the month that leave you frustrated and confused. Our management fee is 10% of the gross rent. Our leasing fee is $695 which includes marketing, showing your property and fully screening potential tenants. We do not up-charge on maintenance and instead pass along any discounts we receive onto you as our valued client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for new customers is to answer all questions and concerns pertaining to property management during a free consultation. It is important for us to make sure that new customers are fully aware of our process and how we approach property management. We will first address any concerns and then walk through the process of what it looks from onboarding a new customer to having a tenant move in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
