On Sunday March 12 2023 my all in One H/P desk top slowed way down...Troy the Teck responded to my inquiry within 5 minutes we spoke about possible issues...once he finished with his current client he called sent me a link so he could find any remotely look for any possible issues...he found it. I was back up and running within 30 minutes...Best Ever service I highly recommend these folks....Daniel Wagner

Troy was on time and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed a new printer issue for me, help to upgrade my wife’s MacBook Air with latest OS and then helped with all our picture storage limits with Apple iCloud. He also was extremely helpful with our Wi-Fi network. He got all three issues done in less than an hour. I would invite him back to my home any time.

I give my highest recommendation for Troy @ SoCal Network LLC for all of your home electronics and IT needs! Not only does Troy have extensive knowledge of home theatre setup he also has loads of IT experience and years of telecommunications and WiFi/Fiberoptic experience. He is an excellent communicator who showed up early, dressed and carried himself professionally, was very friendly and went out of his way to help me diagnose a broken receiver, lent me a loaner receiver to use until the one I ordered arrived and hooked up my wall mounted flatscreen, surround sound, Blu-ray and receiver so the kids could get back to watching their favorite Disney movies. He even stuck around to chat with me about my internet installation and discussed WiFi provider options with me! Troy really has a passion for customer service that shows and is refreshingly rare this day in age. 5⭐️s and 2👍🏼!
