YAugusto E. Carles came to my home, was very profetional, analyzed situation accuraely and took effective action. He explain with great detail how to use an antivirus program and windows updates clear and concise, and verifyed that the problem was resolved.
I personally recommend Augusto E.Carles it only took a few hours to clear numerous viruses and detected three antivirus programs.
