- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on scope, complexity, and time required. Most administrative projects have a 3 hour minimum to ensure meaningful progress, while event and event/wedding planning services are typically quoted as flat-rate packages. A deposit or upfront payment is required to reserve time and begin work. Larger planning projects may be split into milestones. I don’t charge hidden fees—any travel, rush requests, or expanded scope will always be discussed and approved in advance. Discounted rates may be available for ongoing or multi-phase projects. My goal is always to recommend the most efficient and cost-effective option for your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Inquiry We start with a brief message exchange or short call to understand your needs, timeline, and goals. Scope & Recommendation Based on your priorities, I outline the scope of work and recommend either an hourly package or a flat-rate option that makes the most sense. Quote & Deposit Once we agree on scope, I provide a clear quote. A deposit or upfront payment reserves your spot and officially begins the project. Execution & Communication I complete the work with organized check-ins and clear communication so you always know what’s being handled and what’s next. Wrap-Up or Ongoing Support At completion, we review outcomes and next steps. If ongoing support is helpful, we can transition seamlessly into continued work.

Wedding/Event Planning: My background includes hands-on experience with: Wedding and event timelines (from planning through execution) Vendor coordination and communication Budget tracking and organization Guest logistics, schedules, and contingency planning Detailed checklists and run-of-show documents I’m highly trained in managing moving parts, anticipating issues before they arise, and keeping events running smoothly and on schedule. I bring a calm, organized, and proactive approach so couples and clients can stay present and enjoy their day while I handle the details. I continue to refine my planning systems and best practices to ensure every event is thoughtful, well-organized, and stress-free. Administrative: I bring over 15 years of professional experience in administration, coordination, and project management across fast-paced, detail-driven environments.
