Introduction: I have been practicing yoga for 20+ years and teaching since 2007. I've been privileged to learn from some of the most prominent yoga teachers in the West, including Erich Schiffmann and Donna Farhi, and I spent seven months in India studying under TKV Desikachar, the renowned pioneer of yoga therapy. His insistence on individualized yoga practice continues to inspire and inform my teaching style.
In 2022 I founded Delve, a mobile studio dedicated to “soulful yoga in singular spaces.” We hold public classes and workshops at Cococabana, a rooftop bar in the heart of Oceanside, and other remarkable settings. We also offer private classes for individuals and groups.
I am also a professional writer with a specialty in wellness topics. My work has appeared in Yoga International, Yoga Journal, and countless other publications.

Beautiful setting and a fun, creative, original yoga practice. Triangle reaches towards Mexico or forward fold in the direction of Orange County Perfect for a Sunday Funday yoga!

As a beginner to yoga, I absolutely love this experience. Being outside on a rooftop bar or in the Oceanside Museum of Art, the setting really makes the yoga experience magical. The instructors are amazing!! Will definitely be doing this many more times!!

Great location, great vibe and great instructors. Always love a good outdoor yoga sesh to move and take in the fresh salty ocean air. And after you get your daily movement in you can enjoy some amazing bites for brunch at on the rooftop to feed your soul. Cant wait for next Sunday to come:)

I absolutely loved the session and the setting. Havent done yoga in a while but felt very comfortable at Delve and got back into it now.
