I initially contacted "If we can't, we won't handyman services" to assemble a treadmill. I thought I would have to wait until next week to get him to come out and do the assemble but he had an opening later the same afternoon. Not only did he do an excellent job of assembling the treadmill, I ended up with a few other projects (repairs to a bench; unplugging and repairing various issues with a bathroom sink; repairing a toilet; fixing the latch on a gate; fixing the distilled water faucet in my kitchen, and fixing the filter in my refrigerator) for him to do. Everything was done completely accurate and done completely at a very, very reasonable price. He arrived at the agreed time, and wasted no time doing all repairs. He also took the time to explain the operation of the treadmill and how to change the filter in my refrigerator. I am very impressed with his professionalism plus he is just a very nice guy, and he lives up to the name of his business. He will not try to do something that he cannot do; but he can do so many things, and do them very well. Just ask first! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Most of our pricing is per project. We found it's more cost-effective for the customer. Most of the projects we do are routine so we have a very good idea how long it will take. There are times where additional time is needed due to unusual nonforseen circumstances. Example recently while replacing a garbage disposal, a tail drain pipe broke off from the wall due to corrosion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?With all new customers, we go over the scope of the project and make recommendations if needed, before starting the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Have been in the handyman business for many years. Holds certificates in handyman services and plumbing.
