Fan Installation

This Handyman service is excellent. He did an amazing job installing my light fixtures and fans in my new home. He was very responsive when I thought I was having an issue with one of the fans and he came to take a look at it. I would highly recommend hiring him!

Fan Installation

I had purchased a bathroom exhaust fan from Lowe’s and just wanted it installed. Three other companies initially gave me a low estimate but when they showed up they tried to sell me another exhaust fan and said the job would be over $1200. They said they had to access through my attic. What a joke. Thank goodness for an honest professional. Mo asked me to send him a photo and then gave me a great estimate. He showed up on time and went straight to the job. He fixed it quickly and didn’t try to sell me something more expensive. He never needed to access my attic either. His estimate of the job was on the button ($205). It felt good to have someone honest come in and do a professional job. While Mo was leaving my wife asked him if he replaces ceiling fans. We had other handymen tell us we needed a new fan because of how bad it was shaking. Mo just tightened the blades, the ceiling screws and it was fixed. It was a wonderful experience and now I have my handyman for any future projects. Thanks Mo.

We needed help replacing our chandelier with a new ceiling fan, and the height was too tall for us to do it ourselves. If We Can’t, We Won’t Handyman Services quoted us a good price, was on time, and was very professional and prompt with their work! Highly recommend!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Most of our pricing is per project. We found it's more cost-effective for the customer. Most of the projects we do are routine so we have a very good idea how long it will take. There are times where additional time is needed due to unusual nonforseen circumstances. Example recently while replacing a garbage disposal, a tail drain pipe broke off from the wall due to corrosion.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    With all new customers, we go over the scope of the project and make recommendations if needed, before starting the work.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Have been in the handyman business for many years. Holds certificates in handyman services and plumbing.
