Same day appointment, as my garage came off track and wouldnt close. Was told the original garage door was installed using the cheapest of parts, was recommended to upgrade the rollers. This was the best decision made, garage closes quietly now with no issues. Professional and fast took less the an hour for repair. Would definitely recommend GDI

Eric Parra was the tech that came out to assess my bent garage door. He put a strut on it and now its working perfect. He was very knowledgeable and answered any question I had. I felt like I learned a lot about my garage. I would definitely recommend him to everyone. He is one of those workers that truly cares about his customers. Great customer servicethanks again Eric!

Our technician will provide a free estimate once the problem has been inspected.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once an appointment is made, our technician will arrive to the home. Once a 26-point inspection has been made, the homeowner will be given a free estimate and explanation of the seen problem areas.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technician must pass a 9-week course that includes classroom education, real-life training on a life size garage door and actual field training and onsite repairs.
