- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is strictly on square footage, lineal footage. Job conditions is one of the most important factor in giving a precise estimation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's always good to meet customers and show them that you are a professional contractor and there to help them with pricing so other contractors don't take advantage.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years in the Masonry and Landscaping industry. I'm also a graduate from a technical trade school for Machinest.
