Chris is the MAN!! He has got me off to a great start after just one workout session!! I'm very pleased with his explanations and expectations regarding physical and mental health, nutrition, body mechanics and it's inner workings!! He makes working out fun again with his encouragement and positive attitude! Any person choosing him as their personal trainer would be making an extremely wise choice!!

I have been working with Chris Ankher for about two months now, and I could not be happier. His positive energy and character keep me energized though out the training session and coming back for more. Sometimes it's hard to keep up, but if there is one thing I've learned from him it is to never give up. Persistence, motivation, and endurance have shown me that anything is possible. The best part about working with Chris is that you don't realize how quickly the time flies even the workout seems to be beyond your scope of possibility. I definitely recommend him to anyone willing to get in shape that is motivated enough to do it.

Chris is great. He really is very knowledgable and educated in physical fitness. Not only does he really want to help you reach your goals, but he also wants you to understand and learn the techniques correctly. Chris is very professional and I feel extremely comfortable training with him. His sense of humor is a plus!

Over the last year, Chris has completely transformed my body and my life. Absolutely love working with him and would (and have) recommend him to anyone interested in a personal trainer. I've lost over 50lbs, and my body fat percentage has gone from 38% to less than 25%. Chris is the best at what he does and your results will show it!
