About
I am "The Landlord's Concierge." My job is to make your investment property profitable for you without you having to lift a finger. I handle each property personally. When you contact me, you actually get me, not a receptionist or automated system. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker CalBRE#01828227 with a law degree, so my knowledge of landlord/tenant law, Fair Housing requirements, and the rental market is far above average.
My service area is approximately 30mi from Ontario. Exceptions may be made to extend or exclude areas.
What I enjoy most about my job is providing a home for tenants, and providing peace of mind for homeowners.

Highly recommended, great service overall! Tawny took very professional pictures of our rental property and list it in the same day. She was able to rent our property in three days with higher than asking price. Will recommend her to anyone who is looking for propertymanagement service.

Tawny has been a pleasure to work with. She’s guided us on our first rental and we had our first rent check in hand before our first mortgage payment.

Tawny at TLC has been great. This is my first attempt at becoming a landlord and she has been so patient with me as I’m always asking questions. Her knowledge about this business has been very valuable to me.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I know that clients have set expenses (mortgages, insurance, utilities, etc) so I keep my fees consistent. No surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I like to do is see the house so I can assess the market value based on condition, amenities, and area. Next, I provide clients with a copy of my management agreement to look over. They can sign then, or sign later online when they're ready. Once the contract is signed and I get the keys, I'll hit the ground running introducing myself to tenants (if any), inspecting the property, putting the listing up, and getting the owner account set up for future payments. I pride myself on making the transition as quick and painless as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Law degree with an emphasis in landlord/tenant law and estate planning, a degree in business management, and I'm currently completing a Masters in Real Estate Development. I'm also a credit report specialist. I regularly attend seminars and webinars, read articles, and actively seek to stay on top of new regulations pertaining to rental properties.
