- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent pricing and look for every way to cut expenses but still get the work done properly. Price would also depend of if customer has already purchased the installation material or if material will be provided by us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss the work that you require done first and when you would like it completed. After a date and time is decided we will show up to perform the work. After the work is done we will create a small itemized bill based on materials, travel time and labor time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed journeyman plumbers with NITC credentials that allow us to complete work under $1000 without requiring a permit. We have all gone through a 4-year trade program at ABC SoCal to learn plumbing code and apply it to real work scenarios so we can become the best at what we do.
