Albert was wonderful to work with. It started with visiting our property to fully assess and give us an accurate estimate. Same day he sent us a email itemized with the estimated cost. His prices seemed fair and actually one of the lowest we were quoted while still capturing all of the work we expected to get done. He stuck to that quote through the project even though we knew there were some variables.
We were having a significant amount of dirt removed, grading, concrete broken up, and concrete removal. Not only did he do the job at hand but he made sure that he cleaned and even power washed the driveway, gate and all the areas that the team were working around. I would highly recommend working with Mc Can Drilling in the future.

McCann Drilling and Excavation delivered an excellent job in the project ( pool demolition/ soil cover). Albert Becerra the Project Manager’s oversight on this project is knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, innovative, considerate, and very professional all throughout this project. Albert is extremely diplomatic in dealing with City Inspectors to ensure that City Codes are fulfilled. I highly recommend this company for any project that is entails drilling, excavation etc. Thank you very much!

I'm having a pool removed. The project hasn't begun so this review is based on what has happened so far. Albert has been excellent to work with. He has informed me about the demolition every step of the way. His prices seem very reasonable. I'll let you know how everything turns out in the end.
UPDATE: The pool is gone! the backyard looks lovely! Albert was a joy to work with! He was very clear about what would happen before, during, and after the pool removal and how much everything would cost. He kept in constant contact. He took care of all of the city permits and inspections. The pool was gone in two weeks. He also recommended other workers to completely finish the job. I highly recommend him! (I would add "work quality" and "punctuality" to what I liked about working with Albert if I could choose more than three items.)

I typically would like to do a job walk and have a informative conversation with potential client to iron out expectations and any other details that will help us both work together to get the job done!! ie; go over scheduling , expectations , and other customer related considerations and ultimately my potential customers goals!!

I hold a certification as a site safety officer as well as certified in Haz-Mat (72 hr) of training
