Advertise their services as not water pouring over the carpets rather than carpet cleaning. Yes not water loosened all dirt and some was suctioned but the carpet remained over soaked . Lousy job but definitely not carpet cleaning. Rename company as "carpet dirt loosening with not water". Yes the carpet was dirty but was dirty after the not water soaking.

Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to write us a review. We are certainly not happy to hear that you are dissatisfied.
This is a bit surprising to hear. You had said “it came out so much better than expected”, Which lead me to believe you were happy with the results. We’d love to fix this problem for you. Dry times usually vary, but if it really took two days to dry, then that is certainly not ok. This isn’t a situation that we’ve ever run into before.
I only wish you had called us sooner, because as we do with all of our customers, We said to give us a call if any issues came up, so that we could remedy the situation right away.
The carpets were extremely dirty, worn, and old, but we took every necessary step in getting them back into the best shape possible including, pre-treatment, spot treatment, gum treatment, deodorizer, agitation of high traffic areas, and hot water extraction.
In my professional opinion, the before and after photos that we have look much better than expected. Please give us a call anytime So that we can get to the bottom of this. Thank you again for your input.
