I have worked and continue to work with AA Design and Drafting on many projects, and I’m comfortable sharing my honest review. I highly recommend their MEP drawings and services. I haven’t experienced any issues with their drawings, and Ali and the team communicate well and are always easy to reach whenever needed. Kudos to the entire team.

As a licensed professional engineer, I’ve worked with many consultants and contractors over the years, and AA Design and Drafting did an excellent job on our project. MEP is outside of my discipline, so I needed a team that understood the process and could properly handle the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans from start to finish.
They were professional, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They provided stamped MEP plans, helped address city comments efficiently, and were very helpful in coordinating revisions and keeping the project moving forward. Their work quality and communication made a stressful permitting process much smoother.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable drafting and MEP design services.

If this is your first time on thumbtack like myself, looking for a good Architect I highly recommend Ali and his team AA Design & Drafting. They are the most professional and absolutely fast when it comes to getting new plans. I’m working on a restaurant in Ontario, California and I had to start from scratch. This unit wasn’t even converted for a unit let alone an restaurant and Ali and his team was able to make it happen. I will continue using his company for the rest of my life and my future restaurants.
I’m also in the Real Estate business and they do all type of plans when it comes to residential, ADUs, etc.
Their pricing is very competitive and they even have options for financing/credit cards. I absolutely found that important because sometimes we don’t have the capital upfront to get all this done to move forward with the process.
I cannot speak more highly & very blessed to have found Ali and make this process stress free. For someone that’s brand new look no further & and for someone that’s experience we understand that speed and communication is the number one thing we look for.

AA Design and Drafting was great to work with and very affordable. Communication was smooth, and he was consistently responsive throughout the project.
The only consideration, which is more about logistics than a drawback, is the time zone difference. Since they operate on PST, you may need to adjust expectations slightly if you're in EST.
Overall, a very positive experience, and I would absolutely use them again.
