Raul and his team from California Building Innovation are amazing! Raul was so professional from the first time meeting with him, and throughout the whole project. His team worked hard everyday, and got the whole project done in just three weeks! He went above and beyond to make sure we were informed throughout the whole process and happy with the results. They built a sister foundation for our two story house, showed us pictures of everything that was done, and even made us a cool video of the project! We are so happy that we went with Raul and his team, we are very satisfied customers. We feel safe and secure now with our brand new sister foundation! I highly recommend California Building Innovation for your foundation needs!

We hired Cal Building Innovations for an extensive retrofit and some additional foundation work as well as fixing our driveway with foam concrete leveling. We considered numerous bids before choosing a contractor and CBI was not the lowest bid but was the most fair in terms of the extent of the work they recommended. They did not want to cut corners like some of the other contractors I met with. In the end, the most important 3 things: 1) They came in on budget. 2) they passed inspection, even though it was more rigorous than initially anticipated 3) their employees were very professional and tidy. Our payment was a bit more complicated because the work was partially-funded by California EBB program. Even though the program is extra paperwork and time, Raul was good at following up and we got approved for the funds. Raul went above and beyond of what I expected any Contractor to do, I highly recommend California Building Innovations to anyone in need of this line of work. We love our new Driveway and cannot wait to hire them again in the next few months to fix our sunken sidewalks with their polyurethane foam concrete leveling for a basically new sidewalk! Our new driveway came out so phenomenally I already know our new sidewalks will look just as amazing. Thank you Raul for a job well done! I'd hire them again and I already recommended them to a friend to fix their retaining walls in their backyard.
