I’m passionate about creating dishes from scratch and adding those little homemade touches that make a meal truly memorable. From homemade pasta in my rich, comforting Beef Stroganoff, to my delicious homemade Verde sauce for Pork Chile Verde, every dish is prepared with care, flavor, and a whole lot of love.
And then there’s my sweet spot—dessert! I absolutely love all things sweet and believe no celebration is complete without something delicious to finish the meal. From decadent cakes and cupcakes to irresistible treats, dessert is where I get to have a little extra fun.

I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying several meals prepared by An Affair to Remember, and everything is always absolutely delicious. The salmon Wellington is one dish that really stands out — perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and genuinely one of those meals you keep thinking about afterward.. like years afterwards.
What makes her food even more special is how much she truly loves cooking for people. She puts her care and heart into every meal, and you can taste the difference.
Dessert, don’t even think about skipping this! The poached pear dessert was incredible — elegant, flavorful, and the perfect ending to the meal. Her cakes are also AMAZING. Every one I’ve tried has been delicious, beautifully made, and always a huge hit.
You can tell this isn’t just cooking for her — it comes from her heart and her skills are the cherry on top. I can’t recommend An Affair to Remember higher enough.

I was going to be traveling for work right before Thanksgiving and I needed all the help I could get to feed family and guests for 12! An Affair To Remember came to my rescue with all the side fixings and an absolutely to-die-for dessert! She even saved the day while dropping off the dishes with turkey cooking tips! Just a beautiful person and ultimate professional! Have called them to do a few dinners since then. Beautiful meals!

It’s always a pleasure working with Chef Debbie at An affair to remember! Every meal she creates is absolutely mouthwatering delicious!! one of my favorite dishes is her Carnitas and I don’t even like pork!! I also can’t say enough about her cupcake, cupcakes, and cake pops! Trust me when I say she can make any flavor you can dream up and it will taste amazing!! Chef Debbie is always a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her!

I have had the pleasure to experience many dishes and desserts from an Affair to Remember. From mediterranean dishes to mexican to the most amazing desserts everything is incredible. My favorites include the best greek chicken kabobs, chicken enchiladas, spinach artichoke ravioli, baked salmon, and perfectly made to order steaks and so much more. With all that said the desserts take it to another level. Cakes beautifully decorated and delicious, cupcakes/cakepops in so many varieties and flavors, decadent cheesecakes in many flavors. Everything I’ve had is 10 out of 10.
