Our visit with Mr. Ponce this weekend was an absolute success. He was on time for our very early appointment. He was professional but had a light-hearted spirit and really listened to our concerns. He had great suggestions and his experience was obvious by how well he understood our needs and worries. He was open to our many questions and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed through the processing of our back taxes. He was able to turn a bad situation into a positive and professional experience for us. I have used a tax CPA for many years but found that Mr. Ponce was able through his years of experience to provide just as much expertise and knowledge as my CPA had in the past. This is our new tax preparer and he has very reasonable pricing as well. We were 2 years behind and getting audited in 3 months. Sharon came in rebuilt the data base and started working on our books. Our first quote was from CPA 4 months and 40k Sharon (one person) did it in 8 weeks and 12k working 60 hours a week (even through Thanksgiving day). She did something that a CPA said it could not be done with one person. Sharon set up all 3 companies accounting in QuickBooks, payables, deposits, payroll, banking, receivables, and all reconciliations. She had a clean P%L and Balance sheet by the time she was finished.
