I had a great experience with this pest control company. The technician was professional, arrived on time, and thoroughly explained the treatment process. Since the service, I’ve noticed a significant improvement and would highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable pest control.
I would recommend Bug Flip. They are very responsive and helped to get rid of an outdoor flea invasion quickly.

After researching and speaking with other pest control companies Bug Flip was the only one that was Professional and Sincere. Received a prompt reply. A service appointment was scheduled and received within a short time. Grant was very professional and gave a detailed explanation of service prior to spraying. In addition, he answered all of our questions. Overall, the excellent customer service, price value, professionalism and on going service on a monthly basis is the BEST. We give a 10% discount to seniors also you get better pricing if you sign up for monthly service as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do good work and we guarantee it for 30 days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this industry for 35 years and go to training seminars on different chemicals 5 times a year. I have my operators license in Pest control and Termite as well . I also have to take seminars for hours to renew my operators license once every three years.
