Earth Altar Studio is a gem. So many kind and talented people working here. The space is calm and clean -- I felt especially comfortable getting a tattoo here during COVID times.And the tattoo(s): PERFECT, even better than I expected. I'd admired Siobhan's work for a while, and when he opened his books earlier this year I contacted Earth Altar to schedule an appointment. Their communication throughout was reliable, timely, and encouraging.I love Siobhan's style, and I was excited to work with him because I wanted him to give life to an idea I had that I couldn't really visualize myself. He took my imprecise thoughts and turned them into a reality. His ability to capture the particular qualities of something with a minimalist design is spectacular. Beyond being extremely talented as an artist, he is also just someone who clearly cares deeply about making sure the art he makes for you is something that will make you happy. I appreciated all the time and thoughtfulness he put into executing the design.Thanks, Siobhan and everyone at Earth Altar Studio! I hope to come back again.

I absolutely loved everything about my experience here! Not only was the studio relaxed, non-intimidating, and ethereal, but everyone working there was warm and welcoming. My artist, Adonna, was incredible! She worked with me to design a gorgeous custom tattoo which I adore, taking the time to ensure all the details I wanted were present. She kept me involved throughout the entire process, allowing me to make creative decisions on ink darkness, weight, shading, and line thickness. She really understood the look I was going for and made sure I was happy along the way and loved the result. And I do!! I really could not be happier or speak more highly of her and the studio! Not to mention, it was a fine-line tattoo, and I am in awe every time I look down and see how much beautiful dainty detail is packed into a small space. I will definitely be back for more!

Earth Altar Studio is the best tattoo shop around. The entire facility is clean, well decorated, professional, and has the best vibes. Each time I walk in, Emma greets you with the warmest smile (even though it is under a mask you can feel the smile emanating from within her) that makes your feel immediately comfortable. I have gotten three tattoos here with Siobhan (more on his brilliance later) and each time, I have had such a great experience. Whether you are going for your first tattoo or have several, once you go here you will never look for another place. During the tattoo, Emma curates amazing playlists that creates a focused yet creative atmosphere. Then when you are actually getting the tattoo, you can relax and get lost in the music. Each time I have come, I have worked with Siobhan and each time he blows me away. Quite frankly, I didn't even know tattoos could look as breathtaking as what he does before I met him. His line work is immaculate. My mouth literally drops each time I see what he creates. He listens, is detailed, tells a story through his work, brings his own style, is very kind, and knows what looks good. If you are looking for an artist, I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend checking out his work. You will surely not be disappointed. I haven't worked with any of the other artists there but when I look around at the other tattoos happening, I'm shook with how brilliant they are as well. Plus the energy that each artists brings to the room is palpable and wonderful. Do yourself a favor and go to their website, find the artist that is right for you, and book an appointment. The last thing I'll say because I could go on forever is that the rainbow windows create the best light in this place. It's pure magic.

I cant recommend this studio enough. I received my beautiful tattoo artwork from Justine September 2021 and I am still over joyed every time I see it. Not to mention how lovely everyone who works there is and how gorgeous the studio is. Special shout out to Emma too because she is a gem. Justine puts so much love and intention into what she does. You can tell that Justine is working directly from her heart as she crafts your experience. Her line work is impeccable and she has such a delicate hand so the needle hardly hurt during the tattooing. Its like Justine was just uncovering what was already on my skin to begin with! It was such a magical experience for me. My tattoo symbolizes so much to me and my own personal journey and it was an honor to have Justine be a part of it.
