Cristianne did a good job deep cleaning my house. On her description it said she would charge $200 for deep cleaning which included windows, fridge, oven and organizing closets, and basement. Upon filling out the thumbtack application i specified all of the above and she agreed on coming to clean my house. When entering my home she had two other helpers with her ( which she did not specify that on her bio) i understand she needs the help but with covid-19 proper precautions and a more efficient communication from her behalf shoulve been made with me.
The reason for my disappointment and my husband’s is not that however.
First of all she did not organize my closets as specified in her deep cleaning bio ( she did a great job cleaning my fridge and my oven, but before she left there were leftover stainless steel on my fridge and my oven and my microwave) which i had to clean ( i am 9 mnths pregnant which is why i hired her to deep clean). Not only that but my fridge had everything all over the place, she did not organize the things she took out. So i had to take it all out and organize it myself after she left.
Some windows still had dust on them and my a/c vents had dust on them. So how much of a deep cleaning did she do? She had 3 people altogether and spent about 6 hours cleaning my house whichhad 3 bedrooms, and 2 1/2 bathrooms.
In the end she proceeded to tell me that because the house was bigger than she thought, dirtier, because i had a basement, because i had a baby room with a lot of small things she had to increase the price!!!!
I said ok i understand, by how much will she increase the price to?
She knew i had a basement! Which was included in the price . She said i have to charge $300 because it was dirtier and had a lot of small things and the house is bigger.
Well first of all my house description only asks for the amnt of rooms and bathrooms, it does not ask for how dirty a house is. Or how many things does a room have.
She increased the price by 50% from $200 to $300 after finishing the job!!! She shouldve initially done a check through my house and then gave me an estimate, instead of waiting until she was finished. My husband got very mad and told her he would pay her the $300 but would not recommend or hire her Again. I felt bad for her but honestly thats a lack of professionalism and she probably did it purposely.
If she wouldve checked the house first and then gave me the increased price estimate then it wouldve been different. But whats to say she didnt charge $100 p/person and because she brought the additional 2 people she didnt charge $100 for each.
Very unsatisfied. Hopefully she doesnt do that to anyone else

Imagine one home never been cleaned and we in one day do everything it’s not magical job
It’s a good job but not one do a miracle job
Was 3 employers in your home
It’s very far , trains just come once a day and we spent Uber to go and get back
