- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We’re a licensed general contractor, so our pricing is best suited for larger remodel and construction projects. For smaller fixes or minor repairs, a handyman is usually the more economical option. For qualifying projects, we provide free on-site consultations, transparent proposals, and stand behind our work with warranties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free in-person consultation to understand your goals and review the site. From there, we provide a clear proposal, finalize design and scheduling, and manage the entire project from start to finish. We focus on communication, quality craftsmanship, and leaving you with a result you’ll love.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a fully licensed, bonded, and insured general contracting company with nearly a decade of hands-on experience in outdoor construction and remodeling. Our team is trained to install pavers and hardscape systems in accordance with ICPI (Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute) standards, ensuring proper base preparation, drainage, and long-term performance. In addition to technical training and field experience, our work quality and customer service have been recognized by Yelp, where we’ve been ranked among the highest-rated contractors nationwide for two consecutive years.
