I offer: small-group personal training, 2-6 people per session. one-on-one training nutrition coaching/meal plans Pricing for these options depends upon so the level of help and accountability you feel that you need. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here at Cam Wiggins Fitness, we follow a simple six step process to guarantee you get results… You meet with me for a Success Session so I can learn more about you and your goals. We’ll go through a quick workout so you can see how the program and training works. You get signed up! You schedule all of your workouts on our app so you can come when it's convenient for you I'll create a routine for you in 4-week blocks, personalized to you, your goals, and your injuries. You show up for your sessions with me by your side showing you each every movement, assuring you do it with proper form and technique, each and every time.
