Introduction: Being in the fitness industry for over 10 years has helped me develop science-based techniques for maximum weight loss. I have helped many clients get in shape, healthy and injury free. I hold two national certifications for personal training. NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and NESTA (National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association). Furthermore, I hold a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. The satisfaction of knowing I help change someone's lifestyle. I had been diagnosed with Planar Fasciitis almost 2 years ago, went to countless Doctors, had taken medications and had 3 cortisone injections with no relief. I was at a local gym when Aleks approached me and asked if I wanted help as I was limping around. I took him up on it and what he did was life changing. The therapy was something I never believed in but now I am a believer. Aleks was very patient with all my questions and was always professional and on time. Aleks has been my personal trainer for the past year. I am a 55 year old women who feels 40 again. When we train if I have any pain we address immediately. What I have learned from Aleks is you must workout with a purpose and that's what I do now. Thank you for all your encouragement and patience I feel very 40 years young, strong and healthy!!!

I have been receiving personal training from Aleks for the past year and a half. I have tried many personal trainers and none have had the extensive knowledge of the biomechanics of the body like this guy. During our trainings twice a week, he varies the routine in order to maximize the muscle groups. This is something that I find key, because the various types of strengthening workouts are never boring, always challenging, builds the muscles that I may be weak and integrates various motor skills into one set. By the time an hour is done, I always feel that I have done a full body workout including muscles that I have not discovered yet. One of my favorite aspects of Aleks is his professional demeanor and the education that he provides during the workouts. He consistently discusses why each combination is important to our daily functioning and how that affects the other parts of the body. His advice for stretching my muscles outside of workout time and his discussions about clean nutrition lets me know that he is concerned about my overall health. He is very intuitive about when I am overdoing a workout and helps me to execute it in an easier way. He also challenges me when I am trying to slack off and gently puts me back on course. Since I have been with Aleks, my physical mobility has increased, I have better stamina and endurance, I no longer have stiffness and pain in my back, and I have lost weight. I started training in order to lose a few pounds and ended up in a holistic journey to health. Aleks helped me to begin that journey.

First of all I want to thank Alex for helping me with my piriformis syndrome. With his special methods he has made me stronger. Alex has patients and motivates you to not give up. He would encourage me not to give up, that it will be a long process but I will get there and I did. Alex also help me lose 25 pounds and get fit. Before I sign up with Alex I would be in so much pain that I had go to the emergency room to get a shot of Cortizone to be able to walk. I would go to the emergency room at least three times a month. But Alex has fix my problem with his knowledge of physical therapy and corrected exercises. I would like to thank him form the bottom on my heart is the best. I would recommend Alex Gonzales 110% he will help you get better and get were you want to be.

I have been training with Aleks for over a year. He continues to challenge me and incorporate a variety of workouts, which have allowed me to drop in weight and body fat. I know that I can always text him with questions about meal plans or supplements, and he always responds with information and options. I think Aleks has an edge over other trainers because of his training in pain management skills and release. He has taught me the value and benefits of myofascial release, thus keeping my body ready to go every workout.

Aleks is very educated and professional in his craft. I have worked with other trainers and would definately not classify Aleks as a trainer. Aleks is skilled in many different areas so trainer is not an approriate definition of what he does. Aleks has helped me lose weight and gain muscle as well as has helped me with trigger point therapy and myfocial release techniques when I injured my IT band from running. He has always been available when I have had a question. You won't be disappointed working with him.
