- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will always meet the PoochSitter who will be taking care of your pets. We provide a meet/greet to get this setup. If you decide on a service where we come to your home (ie: Vacation Visits; Mid-Day walks; Overnight stays) we will do the meet & greet at your home. If you would like overnight care in our home (boarding) or doggie day-care - we will setup the meet/greet at our home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the pet business for over 15 years. Mayra (Owner) and Lisa (co-Owner) have been in the high-tech industry prior to starting PoochSitters. We worked in the Sales Operations; Customer Services; and general management. We understand the importance of good customer service and good communication. We love pets - especially dogs.
