- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our bids are always free. Floors start at 1.80 per sf for basic clean and seal. Counters and Showers need to be seen and measured to quote. Our minimum is $500 for a half day job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First you will speak to one of our friendly staff to book your free in home estimate. Stone is a natural product and not all stone is the same. Therefore, our experts take into consideration the physical makeup and current condition of your stone to recommend the best cleaning and restoration approach. Our estimator will write up a proposal for your specific needs and concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have four decades of hands-on experience caring for client’s individual stone needs. Our technicians are certified applicators of Dry-Treat Stain Proof Sealer.
