- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair, consistent, and transparent. We offer discounts for military families and multi-month service agreements. There are no hidden fees, and we’ll always explain any additional service before performing it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free on-site estimate where we assess your pool’s condition, water balance, equipment status, and surrounding environment. From there, we recommend a plan and walk you through everything we’ll do — clearly, with no pressure and no hidden fees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve completed professional training in pool chemistry, equipment maintenance, and water safety. We stay current with California regulations and best practices through ongoing education, including the CPO (Certified Pool Operator) program by the PHTA.
