My experience with Mike has been wonderful! Mike is very professional and super easy to work with. I was a little nervous having someone in another state do my taxes, but this was so much easier than I would've ever imagined. At this time of year, I expected to wait a long time in between each communication, but it was exactly the opposite. Mike actually had to wait on me and even followed up to see if I needed assistance when he hadn't heard from me for a couple of days! Once he had what he needed from me, he was able to complete my amendment in less than 24 hours. I'd asked him to amend one return, but he ended up amending two years of returns, ensuring the maximum amount of adoption credit carry-forward, at no additional charge.
