Konstantin responded in a timely manner to my request for an estimate for my custom built pergola. He showed up on time on our scheduled visit. Him and his partner came and asked alot of questions about what I wanted. While on site they gave me a rough drawing and told me they would send me an estimate within a few days. I received the estimate and it was more than I expected but not outrageous. After breaking down the estimate for me he said he can work with me on pricing. Unfortunately, Im doing multiple home improvements at one time. I have to replace my furnace first so we haven't scheduled a time to start the project but I plan on working with him once I get the budget to move forward.
