I was very impressed with his professionalism. He was prompt, courteous and gave me an alternative that was perfect after diagnosing the problem, and the solution in place in less than 3 hours.

He was in and out in about 30 minutes, fixed the issue and even found my wedding band in the dryer. Only reason why this is 4 and not 5 star is because he told me he was going to be late at the time he was supposed to already be here. Other than that everything was great.
