FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our competitive prices have been selected strategical and to the best of our knowledge relative to our competitors price points, taking in consideration that our service has been proven to be detail oriented.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client has their own taste & particularities, from where we have a lot to learn ; Therefore, First, we like to get to know a bit from our new client, by learning what type of products & aromas they prefer. Also, we like to learn if the client is open to suggestions, or have anything to share with us that would like to be implemented during their cleaning service. Second, we design an efficient cleaning plan with a list of priorities, along with the plan of execution that would target every area.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With 19 years in retail management for prestigious corporations like J Crew, Jenny & Jack, Los Angeles Times, etc., my job responsibilities included selecting the best candidates for specific job positions, customer service training aiming for exceptional customer service, problem solving ability, and safety training. This also includes developing plans of execution to accomplish company goals and expectations as well as personal growth development. The outtake on my years of experience, customer service and pristine presentation for high end clientele. In conjunction with the above mentioned, some art and etiquette classes taken in university help me to develop a sense of symmetry, well-rounded taste, and cohesive allocation of objects according to its purpose and space. Definitely makes a step ahead of the competition.
