I have always had polite, helpful people serving me. I had an unfortunate experience last year when I was told that my antivirus software had expired, but I still had McAfee. I ended up purchasing GOS's ESET antivirus while I was paying for McAfee into December '25.

We offer different service options: Flat fee, hourly rate, block rates and monthly subscriptions. We provide more accurate pricing once we conduct a diagnosis of the issue.

Once we receive your request and confirm details and payment, we can usually have a tech out to you the same or next day, or solve the issue remotely depending on the type of problem.
