Hello, I've been in the business for 20 years, servicing home and business clients in Ventura County.
In that time, I have accumulated experience from the simplest tasks to more complex tasks. Specifically, new computer/laptop setups and replacement, data transfer, malware removal, networking and WiFi, running low voltage cable like ethernet and many other tasks. Oscar came to our house on short notice and fixed my stepdad's computer. My stepdad has Parkinson's disease and is not super computer savvy. Somehow he hit a wrong key and got a virus which locked up his computer, his main source of entertainment. Luckily, Oscar came right over and fixed it. While he was here, he helped me out with a problem I was having on my laptop. He is very honest and totally did not charge enough for all the work he did. We will be using him for all our computer needs/problems in the future!

Oscar was prompt, personable, patient, honest, listened and knew what he was doing. I have been been using computers and dealing with computerrepair people since the late 1980's and Oscar is the best overall tech I have seen. I not only would use him again I already have more for him to do.
