Joseph was a pleasure to work with. We asked him repair our broken computer screen within a short time frame with unusual circumstances. He helped us navigate hurdles and was very responsive to my numerous questions. He allayed fears and solved the problem and our computer is like new. Yes, we highly recommend him!

I gave Joseph an old secondary hard drive from an old XP machine that had crashed. I was not able to view any files or get them off myself although I had the appropriate jumper pack. Joseph came in with a really low estimate for the work so I gave him a shot. Within the week I had my drive back and all of my data was there. Estimates I got from others was hundreds above what I ended up paying, I couldn't be more satisfied. If you are thinking of going with a big name data recovery center, give Joseph a try first. My experience was positive through and through; from the service provided, to the constant communication on my drive's status as well as coming very close to the original estimate (even though it was more labor intensive than originally thought). Top notch service and it was nice to give my business to a real person instead of a big company. 5 star experience. Thanks Joseph!

When I moved my two computers to my new home, I found it impossible to hook up my computer equipment. Moving is difficult but losing my access to the outside world was traumatic. As a writer and editor it also means losing touch with my clients. Joseph came over right away and not only hooked up all of my equipment, but he got everything running like a charm. All the problems I had been having with my computers for months just disappeared. It's a comfort to know that I will never have to struggle with cranky computers again. I will just call Joseph. He's a magician!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is usually not very complicated. The main focus is to provide value by completing computer repairs at a cost that is below the cheapest brand new computers that are on the market. My goal is to return the computer, performing at its' highest level. This way, my clients get fixed computers for less than it would cost to purchase something new. The value is in the greatly improved performance, not not just merely fixing a problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am scheduled to take my first computer certification exam on February 25th, 2015. I plan to keep adding new certifications, for many years to come.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a natural affinity for computers and technology. I have always been the go-to-guy for family, friends, and acquaintances when it comes to help with computers. Ultimately, I was looking for a way to give back to my Church, which helps the local homeless community. The Church had piles of donated computer equipment. I started to go through the computers to see what was salvageable. I disassembled the units and reassembled them into working computers. I started reloading operating systems and became a Windows 7 expert. I led a Church project to build computer stations for the homeless. Since then, my knowledge and experience keep growing. The rest is history.
