I contacted Loyalty Counts Construction (first time) for a front door installation project and got a very prompt response and quote from Adrian. His price included picking up the door I purchased from Lowes Newbury Park and bringing it to my house. I was able to get the job scheduled quickly and on the day of installation, Adrian arrived with a great crew and the new door. They got right to it and worked hard. It turned out the new door was about an inch taller than the previous opening, so they needed to cut the opening to make it right. They fixed it and completed the install. Everything was professionally done and it looks perfect. I am 100% satisfied with how it looks. I have more projects pending and Adrian took measurements to give me quotes. I look forward to completing some more projects with these great guys!

Removed an old broken fence. Built a nice, strong, quality fence to specified association rules. Very happy with his work. Will contract him again soon.

Martin Hernandez was pleasant, took care of my problem with loose kitchen faucet. Was not satisfied until it was fixed and he and I were satisfied. Recommend him and Elite Rooter for any plumbing problems

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair as far as the current market. We do offer promotional discounts from time to time. We also honor our veterans and seniors with a discount as well!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we like to visit with them. Get an idea of who they are and what results they are looking for in their project. Once we have taken the needed measurements and have listened to the customer about the scope of work, we will put together an estimate.
We make sure our estimates are detailed and that they address the scope of work, materials used and schedule of work.
Once determined to perform the work, we determine a start date.
Communication is key throughout the whole process!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A huge portion of the training we have received is through experience! We have been in the construction trades for over 9 years. Because there is no job to big or to small for us, it has exposed us to many scenarios and given us the know how to successfully complete any project.
