Josh was incredibly responsive. Immediately emailed me back and offered to come first thing the next morning which was a Saturday! My husband said he was passionate about his work and knew what he was doing since we already had three pestcontrol companies come out to the house with no success. Highly recommend Josh!

I am so happy I called Legacy! Joshua came out right away, assessed the situation, and took action. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about safe guarding your house to critters. He was very personable and accommodating to my schedule. I would most definitely recommend Legacy. I also love supporting them as they are a small business in our community and they are experts at what they do! One day I detected a really foul odor in one of my rental properties. To me it smells like an animal had died in the attic. I called several exterminators and Joshua was the most willing to work with me under my time constraints. I had tenants moving in within a week, and I didn't want to use poison, glue traps or snap traps. I wanted to use bait to catch them humanely. He was honest with me that in his opinion we needed more time to go the humane route, but he was happy to do it my way anyway. He came back every day consecutively to freshen the bait, Sealed all the entry points and cleaned up all sign of droppings in the attic and in the garage for a very reasonable price. He did catch one rat, but as it turned out the smell was caused from water intrusion in the family room from a recent storm. I didn't know this because I could only smell it if the heat was turned on, Which I almost never did. When I happened to turn the heat on one day and the smell was present again, I called Joshua and he came straight over. He has such an educated sense of smell that he could tell me exactly what the smell was and where it was coming from. He told me it was for sure not a dead animal or animal droppings but rainwater behind a wall. He was right. I have no doubt that if he had had the opportunity to smell this from the beginning, he would have told me straight up what the problem was even if it meant not getting a job. He was extremely friendly, easy to work with, and helpful. He even helped me install smoke detectors when there was no one else there to help. If I have another pest problem I would not hesitate to call him.

On time, even w driving from Oxnard to Pacific Palisades. Very pleasant, informative, thorough. Treated all rooms, not just kitchen, and outside. Very reasonable price. Glad I called this family owned business.
