i had 3 contractors contact me for a roof for my '58 ranch house in West Hills. Of the three, Mr. Espino was the Only one to not try to sell me a roof. He showed up on time, climbed onto my roof, came down and said he would have an estimate for me in the morning. We spoke breifly about materials, and shook hands.
Every other roofer was a con man, high balling a price so they could "lower" it & make it look like a bargain. Antonio Espino is an honest businessman in a city of crooks. I recommend him highly.
He has the licensing, his own trucks, he & his sons are onsite, they tarp over your things to protect them, and they do a great clean up job afterward... Roofing is a messy job, these guys are great!

Antonio and crew did a wonderful job. Arrived early which is great because of the heat-102 today. Finished in about two hours. Replaced two fascia boards and the price was great.
Will use in the future and recommend them to any one who needs this kind of work done.

Antonio and crew worked very efficiently. They were punctual and respectful. Communication was great. They finished painting and replacing 6 fascia boards in less than 8 hours.
Price seems reasonable (similar or below what others quoted).

The owner of Espino Roofing, Antonio is a class act.
Humble with old school honesty. He doesn't push, low ball or try to up-sale you on things you don't need or know about.
If only more vendors would follow his lead. And oh my the way, great work and followup.
We will be hiring Antonio again for future roofing needs.
